Let us ask God's salvation for all in need,
both in this community and through all the earth.
That Christians will know the Lord's power
in living as the new creation,
We pray to the Lord
That nations and peoples will know the Lord's power
in all that leads to peace and justice,
We pray to the Lord
That the sick and the poor will know the Lord's power
in their deliverance from suffering,
We pray to the Lord
That we who are assembled here will know the Lord's power
in the enduring gift of the Holy Spirit,
We pray to the Lord
That those who have died,
will know the Lord's power in fullness of joy,
We pray to the Lord
Lord our God, how tremendous are your deeds,
how marvelous your works!
Refuse not our prayers,
for we trust in your Son’s power to help and save us.
Yours be the praise and the glory, for ever and ever.
